Refund & Return Policy

We offer returns only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Conditions:
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Request must be raised within 48 hours

Non-returnable cases:
- Change of mind
- Slight color/design variation
- Incorrect address provided by customer

Refund Process:
- Once approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI

Note:
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
